RH Hypermarket plans to improve its services this year to gain more customer confidence, says assistant general manager Phil Ager.
Ager said on Friday that they were always looking at new products that fitted the budgets of customers.
The company plans to improve services in its Vision City, Hohola and Gordon outlets this year.
“During the new year, new products will appear on our shelves,” said Ager of the budget-friendly products.
He said RH Hypermarket would continue to provide training to its staff so they could be able to able to handle customer queries accordingly. “We have been given feedback that our staff do a good job, even when we are extremely busy and our customer service is much appreciated.”
Ager also said as the Government moved towards reducing the amount of plastic bags, RH Hypermarket would encourage customers to minimise use of plastic bags.
