Follow through on promises

Letters

I AM a parent in Morobe whose paying fees for six children.
That is my problem and I am not complaining, however, when someone promises to do something, they should keep their promises.
The Government promised to ease the problems of school fees and have released the money into each province but the schools I’m registering my children in are saying they have not received the promised money.
They are charging us.
Morobe education department and the Morobe government must come out and tell us where the money is and why they are not releasing the money into the school accounts.
Can someone from the Government investigate this matter or is this promise a lie and/or a joke?
And how much should we pay as project fees, and when a parent is transferring a child to another school, they charge us transfer fees on top of project fees, is that allowed?
