Formalise rugby committee

 ON behalf of the silent Okapians in NCD, I give credit to those who organised the Okapa Rugby League competition every weekend. We may be from the remotest part of Eastern Highlands, but we can show other remote districts that we can stay together and organise such big activities. However, can the committee have proper official bearers like a chairman, secretary, treasurer and board members, a bank account, be registered with the IPA and also proper insurance should a player accidentally die on the field?
