Founder’s hard work, excellence recognised

COLIN Pluckrose, the founder and former general manager of Ruswin Integrated Solutions received the Award for Excellence 2020 in the individual achievement category during the PNG Security Congress 2020 in Port Moresby.
The award recognises Pluckrose for his service in the security industry in the 24 years before his retirement.
General manager Kevin Buckby told The National that the company received two awards but the one that mattered was given to Pluckrose for his long service.
“This is the second year where there’s been a security congress in PNG,” he said.
“Last year, out of six divisions, we were lucky to win two.
“The same applies this year.
“We won two but the one that we are most proud of is for our general manager Colin Pluckrose who started the company 24 years ago.
“He started it with just himself and one national tradesman.”
The company now has 71 staff, most of whom are locals.
