YOUR front page headline on Monday is just the tip of the iceberg.
The question one raises is: How many more State institutions are doing it and nobody cares.
Because everybody else does it, let’s all do likewise.
Come to think of it, so much money is spent in uncovering the rot or the disease, and we can’t deal a final blow to it for reasons known to ourselves.
This allows the vicious cycle to thrive.
Ultimately our ordinary citizens will continue to bear the brunt of our so called elite’s foolishness.
