ONE full scholarship programme to study in the Philippines is to be granted to a high-achieving Papua New Guinean student who qualifies the application offered by Joseph Martin Chow (pictured).

A student who wishes to become a future business leader will be given the opportunity to make his wish come true by studying at a university in the Philippines for free in the November 2015 intake.

Chow, a former Catholic priest in PNG, is funding the Joseph Chow Sun Yau Future Leaders Scholarship to continue his service to PNG.

The scholarship is awarded to the student who wants to take up a business major and may choose to study at the University of San Carlos or at the University of the Philippines.

The scholarship is run by Paradise International Education Consultancy (PIEC) which is managed by its executive consultant Jensen Chow and managing director Kenneth Chow.

Jensen and Kenneth are sons of Joseph Chow.

PIEC is an education placement organisation based in Cebu City, Philippines.

It has placed more than 430 PNG students to universities, colleges, and flying schools in the Philippines since 2012.

Interested applicants are required to pass their application form, application letter, transcript of records, birth certificate, diploma, and other certifications to [email protected].

Alternatively, they can log on to www.sunyauscholarship.org for more information.
