Letters

WHILE it is the prerogative of the MP’s office, I want to respond to the letter by writer ‘Honest Voter Give Up (Goroka)’.
The office of the member for Goroka has given specific instructions to his constituents to submit request for building materials.
If you were a genuine voter, you should have come out clear to air your grievance/concern but instead you chose not too because you are not an honest genuine voter as you claimed to be.
As far as I know, a sawmill launching was done under the Urbanisation Programmes at Kefamo Village early November.
This is unrealistic, with the current state of the economy in the country how can you expect the district to build you or for that matter everyone a complete house?
All other developments in the district would have to be put on hold if that is to eventuate.
MP Henry Ame explicitly stated in no uncertain terms that you are to provide your own logs for milling and the district will only sponsor you with roofing iron and no additional building materials while all Small to Medium Enterprises will go the bank so it can be properly managed.
Stop this cargo cult mentality and propaganda to tarnish the office/officers of the MP. Get your facts right!
