Gulf Isapea chairman Jacob Ivaroa has urged stakeholders of the game to give credit where it was due.

Ivaroa, who was involved in the game for the last two decades, said was sorry to hear of the Tassells’ resignation and wished them well.

Ivaroa said it was a great loss, and hoped that the Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League would find people to and maintain the standard.

He said certain individuals from the current and former administration were to blame for the intimidation Tassell received.

However, Ivaroa said he was not happy the way Tassell had made his exit as it left a lot of unanswered questions.  He questioned whether Tassell had reported the death threats to police as it was a criminal offence.

Coincidently at this time of his resignation, Ivaroa said there had been significant rumours of his (Brad) inappropriate activities taking place at the PNGRFL office.
