Give free water and power too

 THE new government policy on free education is a relief for most parents but creates pressure on most school administrations. I think it will be more effective if the government gives funds to new learning centres. Free education is good, but sometimes because of power bills, some students cannot study at night. If the government also has a policy for free water and power, then it will be a great relief. Some of us cannot afford them in towns and cities because of the many mouths to feed. I urge the good government to look into this matter.
