Where has Kipefa been?

 DESPITE all sorts of promises and boastful talks in the 2012 election campaign, the member for Obura-Wonenara Mera, Mine Kipefa, is nowhere to be seen since his election. Roads are nearly useless, bridges are in poor condition, health centres are rundown and the people are nearly back into the Stone Age. Your people trusted you and voted you for only one purpose and that is to bring services. We want services that will last and sustain our lives for years. I call on Kipefa to wake up, look beyond and start acting on his promises. You have a mission to accomplish.
