Gulf funds need audit

CAN relevant authorities at the Gulf government and the National Government intervene and audit the 2013 to 2017 local level government services improvement programme (LLGSIP).
Year after year, LLGSIP grants for East Kerema LLG have been rollover grants — that’s the administration has been telling the eight ward members and the people.
The legality of the annual appropriation bills passed by the LLG assembly from years 2013-2017 has clearly abused.
I am a councilor and can testify that I never received any LLGSIP grants for my ward during my term.
Please take immediate action before we go for election in 2018.
