Hageners must take ownership and keep the city clean

I AM disgusted with the poor attitude of my fellow Hageners.
They chew buai and then spit, leaving red stains all over.
Rubbish is also being thrown everywhere.
On the bright side, I would like to congratulate Paul Ruing, who successfully completed a three-storey building; Simon Nurum, who built the Kims Plaza; and the construction of the ANZ building.
It has changed the landscape of Mt Hagen. I call on all Hageners to take ownership and keep the city clean.
