Hawain project

AS a resource owner of the Hawain LFA (local forest area) project in East Sepik, I wish to remind all our educated elites, especially in Penjen village, to put their heads together to help the project move forward without any hindrances.
Let me put it on record that it is the Hawain LFA and not Penjen LFA.
It’s been almost 30 years so let’s work together to deliver the project.
