Help our boys play in NRL

THE SP PNG Hunters team management need to work hard to promote our players to play for the National Rugby League (NRL) clubs from next year onwards.
The North Queensland Cowboys recently signed two Fiji rugby union players – Iosefa Masikau and Taniela Sadrugu both 23 years old for next year’s season.
The selection of Fiji rugby union players over rugby league players shows that the Hunters management is not doing its job of helping and promoting our rugby talents.
Rugby league is our national sport and after 46 years of Independence, we only have three NRL players – Justin Olam, David Mead and Xavier Coates.
