Henganofi excluded

The current Eastern Highlands provincial budget does not involve the people of Henganofi.
This is simply because of the differences between political heads at the top level.
Governor Peter Numu should treat the people of Eastern Highlands fairly instead of taking sides.
It’s best the governor himself visits Henganofi district headquarters and burn its provincial flag down.
This is so the people of Henganofi should not be a burden to his provincial budgets during his term.
