High Tea time

A HOTEL in Port Moresby now offers high tea every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
From arranging special get-togethers to catching up with friends, Hilton Port Moresby’s lobby bar and café Copper offers High Tea at a casual place to connect with family and friends.
It said in a statement that guests would enjoy a changing chef’s selection of sweet and savoury treats prepared by the hotel’s patisserie team, complimented with a variety of teas or barista coffee.
For K79 per person, high tea would feature a weekly selection of scones, savoury canapés or finger sandwiches, petit fours, small cakes, tartlets and a tapas style dish, all served on a high tea stand and accompanied with tea from its selection or a barista coffee.
