Hohola cops drunk on duty

AS a concerned of resident, I am disappointed to see police officers based at the Hohola police station are more often than not under the influence of alcohol while on duty.
They go around searching pockets of innocent people and even go into tucker shops and “confiscate” cartons of beer.
The confiscated items are only released after an exchange of beer and money.
I want to raise the following questions:
l.Are they allowed to be under the influence of alcohol while on duty?
l.Are they allowed to raid shops any time they feel like it?
l.Are they authorised to search houses without search warrant and confiscate cartons of beer?
l.Are they really doing their job or looking for opportunities?
Often I wonder whether the station commander is aware of these corrupt officers.
I call on the police force to discipline these officers who are giving the RPNGC a bad name.
