Hold China responsible for Covid-19 outbreak

I HAVE suggested earlier that Papua New Guinea representatives to the United Nations should join other countries to make China account for the Covid-19 outbreak due to its gross negligence on notifying the World Health Organisation within reasonable time to alert all countries.
Now that the United States president Donald Trump is calling on the United Nations to make China account for Covid-19 which has caused a global economic recession and loss of lives, a new battlefield for geopolitical warfare has been created.
