How to catch a fake teacher

Letters

I was reading The National on Friday October 5 about teachers faking identities and the differences between inexperienced and experienced teachers.
The news was alarming because teachers should be helping to steer this nation forward.
The major risk I see comes from an unqualified person driving the assets (students) of this country. It will be like the blind leading the blind to a place so dark, so cold and so terrible.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that as we are interact more with technology, we are seeing a general decline in our literacy skills. Why?
Check the area where English is being taught and see who is teaching it.
Additionally, figure out the root cause. If technology can make us fake identities, then there’s no control over technology.
We can’t compete with technology.
But we can test the human brain.
If you think a teacher is faking something, don’t rely too much on what papers he or she has
because that can come from anywhere.
Instead test his or her brain. Do up questions or tests for departments or grades.
Create different tests for different levels of teaching, then you will be able to find the genuine teachers from the bogus ones.
I suggest we test teachers on a regular basis and on the spot to catch the crooks.
