ICCC wants info on products

DISTRIBUTORS and manufacturers in PNG have been urged to provide information on the type of products they are producing or distributing to help with identification of counterfeit goods.
Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) Mamose manager Timothy Ponau said many counterfeit goods were sold in the PNG market and they needed information and reports from the licensed manufacturers or distributors of products to help them distinguish the counterfeit from the genuine article.
