Impressive sevens team

THE last two weekends were rewarding for our country with regards to the performance of our rugby union sevens team.
I was impressed.
I must commend head coach Douglas Guise and the management team for two wonderful weekends.
Although we lost to the powerhouses South Africa and England, our performances against Spain in Sydney and Russia in Hamilton were noteworthy.
We have the potential and can beat some of the so-called top-class rugby union sevens team of the world.
Thank you for making me proud.
We have shown the world that we are not there just to make up the numbers, but we are a there to give them a run for their money.
