Independence and top jobs

OUR country is not independent to be honest, when you look at social, economic and political developments. The country is run by foreigners so how could they care for us, and our beautiful country.
All the top posts like CEOs, board directors, generl managers and others are filled by foreigners. There are nationals who are capable of performing better but where are they now?
