Investigate project

I AM a Pak/Tong islander from the Rapatona LLG in the eastern part of Manus.
There is a project for carbon trade and survey and data has been collected in my area.
There was no proper consultation and documentation for this project by some so-called people from the Transport Department, Prime Minister’s Department and a professor from the University of Papua New Guinea while carrying out the project.
I want them to explain who is funding this project.
How much is this project worth as they told our people at home that it is a K5 million project
How will the landowners benefit from this project and how much are they getting.
Please I want relevant government agencies to intervene and find out about these people who are involved in this carbon trade project.
I believe that some fishy deals are going on about this project.
