Investigate those responsible for delay

PEOPLE of Wapenamanda have duly elected their representatives to parliament including Governor Peter Ipatas and Rimbink Pato, who are supposed to collectively and amicably address development issues and deliver to the people of Wapenamanda the basic services without politicking.

The people of Wapenamanda have suffered enough over the past years because of politicking and direct political interference into the district’s yearly budget and use of its DSIP grants.

It appears that the same disease has crept into the system and is trying to delay the whole process again this year.

It is a practice that is directly insulting the people and depriving their rights to benefit from the K10 million DSIP grant.

It is now almost the end of year and when will the DSIP funds for Wapenamanda be released to JDP and BPC approved projects in the district?

Can Pato explain to his people what is causing the delay?

The DSIP grant is the money allocated for the people Wapenamanda and no political superior or bureaucrats have any right to interfere and delay the process.

May I kindly ask the department of finance to intervene and deal with whoever is responsible for causing the delay?
