Is Goroka ready for Apec?

SINCE the news that an Apec meeting will be held in Goroka, there have been no consultation and agreement between the stakeholders to plan and prepare for the bigger meetings to be held at the University of Goroka.
This is bad and something needs to be done before the world gathers here.
