Jiwaka road needs attention

THIS is an open letter to Jiwaka’s representatives in Parliament regarding the road from Dona-to-Nondugl station and towards the border with Chimbu.
We are merely requesting our elected leaders to inform Essar Company to please work on this road. We have schools, aid posts and many elementary schools.
We are praying and asking our elected members to pay attention to this section of the road.
When it rains, it is hard for the buses and trucks to get up the mountain from the river to Domil.
It is almost two years and nothing is happening in this North Waghi area. We would like to see the road in good shape.
There are problems with power lines too. In many areas the power lines are coming down and the posts need to be replaced.
We feel that the leaders are not working as a team and Jiwaka is not moving as a province. It is a ghost town.
The elected leaders should work as a team for a new Jiwaka.
