Justice must be served on time

Letters

DELAYED judgment – this issue has caused stress to parties concern as it involves time, assets and etc, just to seek justice.
The essence of each case has its own story that requires certain attention.
Some matters require much needed urgency.
The Justice and Attorney Department need to look into this and try to put in place a law on a certain time limit required for a reserve judgment to be handed down.
I feel for those unfortunate ones who have been deprived of their rights to benefits, assets including investments which is rightfully theirs and rob by greedy, self-centered people and thieves who are placed in a position of trust and yet fill their own pockets at the expense others.
Justice needs to be served on time to give comfort, happiness and satisfaction to those who seek it.
Being a victim in such situations is very painful and leads to frustration and conflicts and people sometimes seek justice their own ways.
That is in the best interests of the parties and individuals involved, the community and the country as a whole.
On the other hand, I commend all our tireless judges who serve justice on time without fear or favor where checks and balance are achieved.
