Kapal Haus still not completed

I WONDER when we will see the opening of the much-celebrated new Kapal Haus Project which has consumed up to K200 million thus far since its construction started in November 2013. No construction project anywhere in the world takes over five years unless it’s worth billions of dollars.
Kapal Haus Project is becoming a weird story and getting weirder every passing day and month and year. We will go into 2019 and yet again no explanation has been given by the governor or administrator to the people of Western Highlands.
The silence and suspense is deafening. Do not tell me that after K200 million was used on this project, work has not been completed and more money is needed, yet again, on this project?
Governor Paias Wingti needs to give WHP some explanation so we all are informed on the status of this mega project.
When we ask questions we must get answers because public money has been used.
