Keep up the good work, Pr Joseph

Letters, Normal

I WOULD like to commend Mendi MP Pr Isaac Joseph.
My letter to the editor about the lack of basic services in Mendi was published in The National in August.
I pointed out the rural people of Mendi had never experienced any developments or impact projects for the past 30 years.
All the services in the district were either from the colonial government or through generosity of non-governmental organisations, churches and donor agencies.
I recently read that Pr Joseph has allocated K2 million for roads and K3 million for Mogol Secondary School.
The district office and police barracks are taking shape and it would be good if all the small feeder roads are upgraded.
On behalf of the people of Upper Mendi, especially Birop, I would like to thank Pr Joseph.
