PNG Kumuls fullback David Mead was reminded not to get caught in the hype as he prepares for another hectic NRL season with Gold Coast Titans. At his 21st birthday party organised by his family recently at IEA Ela Beach, David’s family reminded him to keep his feet firmly on the ground and not to let success into his head. He should continue to do his best for theTitans and the PNG Kumuls. The birthday party attracted his team-mates, families, relatives and school mates from Tubusereia village. David also thanked his family, friends and PNG for the support during his Kumuls representative duties. He will now prepare for next year’s NRL season with the Titans.
