Keleiruna, Mamose to meet in top-of-the-table clash

KELEIRUNA will meet Mamose in the top-of-the-table premier clash in the Port Moresby Soccer Association at the Kelikom Football Park, Bisini, on Sunday.
Mamose will have to keep watch on Keleiruna midfielder Kenneth Ara who has been instrumental in their rise to the top of the ladder.
Competition director Peter Matthew said with three weeks remaining before the end of the first-round matches, teams were picking up momentum as the continued to jostle for spots on the ladder.
Tomorrow will see Yamaros battle Blue Kumuls on oval one while Mungkas meet Maclaren on oval two.
Blue Kumuls will count on Hanson Topio in the midfield along with Ephraim Sala and Steven Inia to give Yamaros a tough match.
Sunday’s clash between PS Rutz and University could go either way while Genesis – missing coach Percy Mataio through national duties – will play the main fixture against Seeadler.
Apart from the premier matches, the weekend fixtures include action from the first, second and third divisions, women’s Pool A and B, and the Under-23s.
