Kickboxer taking on Thai in rematch

 KICKBOXER David Nane Lembo is set for a rematch with Johnny Stiven in Melbourne on Saturday.

Nane defends the trophy against the Thai whom he beat last year in a F16 Thai tournament. 

Nane who trained under Cairns-based Onext Gym owner Francis MacDonald was confident repeating the dose against Stiven.

The Southern Highlander beat the Thai on split points decision but is determined to stop Stiven this time.

Nane will then return to Port Moresby for the Ox & Palm Cup grand final on April 26. 

He thanked PNG Kickboxing Association president Stanley Nandex for supporting him in his overseas fights. The 21 year-old appeal to the Southern Highlands MPs and the corporate sector for support. Nane can be reached on 73245618.
