Kina Asset announces dividend of 4 toea per share

The board of Kina Asset Management Ltd (KAML) has announced a dividend of 4 toea per share for the year ended Dec 31, 2020.
The board noted that this was a testament to the financial strength of the company and commitment to providing returns to its shareholders.
Director Syd Yates, in a market, release said: “The shares will trade ex-dividend from March 17, 2021.
“The record date will be March 25, 2021, and payment will be made to eligible shareholders on April 7, 2021.
“The board are pleased to again offer current shareholders the opportunity to participate in Kina Asset Management Ltd’s dividend reinvestment plan.
“The plan is an easy, cost-effective way to increase shareholder investment in Kina Asset Management Ltd.
“It will be available for the dividend for year end Dec 31, 2020, and a discount of 2.5 per cent will apply to the reinvestment on this dividend.
“Shareholders that have previously elected to participate in the plan will automatically be registered as a participant for this upcoming dividend.”
The KAML was established to provide investors in PNG a way to participate in investment opportunities identified by the manager.
