Komeng proud of players

HEKARI United coach Erickson Komeng says he is thrilled that eight of his players have been selected for the national women’s train-on-squad in preparation for the 2023 World Cup qualifiers.
Three of the eight players have been part of the women’s national team while the remaining five are rookies.
“I’m thrilled to see them make the train-on squad,” Women’s National Soccer League coach Komeng told The National yesterday.
“They deserve it because they played like experienced football players and I am a proud coach.”
