Kuli will deliver

The National Letters

ON behalf of the campaign co-ordinators and committees of Komuri Zone and the supporters of Anglimp-South Waghi, I take this opportunity to congratulate Hon Ruman Joe Kuli on his appointment as Minister for Coffee.
Kuli is a vibrant leader full of wisdom who has delivered roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, small businesses in his district in the last five years when he was Vice-Minister for Works and Implementation.
Now, in his new post, we believe he will deliver to the nation.
I would like also to thank Prime Minister James Marape for seeing the real qualities of a true leader in Kuli and giving him a ministry.
