THERE is a chronic law and order problem going on at an alarming rate in Madang.
This includes street link roads, suburbs and even along the coastlines.
Just last Thursday, I witnessed an incident that took place in the town area.
A group of youths armed with knives and wire cutters confronted a male student form Divine Word University. He was robbed of all his property including a laptop and a phone.
He was wounded on his right hand.
This is not an isolated case, Innocent people being stabbed with knives has been going on for so long in Madang.
A group of youths living in settlements in Madang are involved in such animalistic acts,
We call on Madang MP Bryan Kramer and Governor Peter Yama to look closely at law and order.
Do something for the betterment of all legal occupants of Madang
