Laws contribute to rise in violence

MANY people do not understand the laws of PNG which has contributed to sorcery-related violence towards women and girls, police brutality, increase in family violence, child abuse etc.
All these happen because the Government has failed to address law and order. Many of us do not know how to interpret and enforce the legal system in our country because there is no legal explanations in simple English.

I appeal to the Government to provide legal books so people read and understand.
