Leaders being hypocrites

Letters

THE recent statements by many of our leaders about values and the importance of integrity raises many questions regarding their own personal integrity and should be a “red flag” for our voters in their electorates.
One of our ministers has come out publicly in a rally stating that candidates need to “set aside their differences” and “gain people’s trust”.
The hard facts are that the reason Papua New Guinea continues to struggle is because we keep voting for these people because they hand out money in the weeks before the elections and we forget that for the rest of the time they are only interested in themselves or their cronies.
Please PNG, this is our last chance for another five years to put people in parliament who can help to change our future.
Don’t let the hypocrisy from these people who talk but don’t do, go unnoticed.
