Leaders should know good leadership traits

IN Papua New Guinea, there are different types of leaders, depending on whom we choose and promote them to be sound, honesty, fairness, integrity and all other associated leadership qualities.
My belief in good leadership is expressed by John Quincy Adams’: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.”
These inspirational leaders hold good leadership qualities as becoming role models, persuading others, handling tough situations with an optimistic mentality and motivating others.
The quote reminds us to actively use our imaginations.
Leaders can change and be better if they understand the meaning of this quote and do their best to abide by it.
A good leader is someone who can lead and inspire others to be great.
Because of the lack of inspirational leaders, corruption, along with social issues such law and order issues, are on the rise.
This calls for our leaders to step up.
Good leaders will continue to inspire change and greatness despite the challenges we face.
