Help needed to support the disadvantaged

WE, the young and like-minded people of Nipa-Kutubu, the rest of Southern Highlands, Eastern Highlands, Jiwaka, Morobe, Abau, the rest of Central and East Sepik, have established the charity organisation to help disadvantaged people in the country.
We are now planning to set up a building to cater for the disadvantaged people in the country.
We need financial support from the Government, our provincial governments and district development authorities.
We would need help from similar non-government organisations as well.
In the building, we plan to set up a free health centre, skills training centre and a office to coordinate programmes to help the disadvantaged people in the country. We are ready to do whatever the Government cannot do to help the disadvantaged.
Our plans and management strategies are already in place.
