GOMIS Rugby League president Billy Gau is calling rugby league presidents in PNG to meet all requirements set by the PNG Rugby Football League to progress.
He added that the leagues should register their players, coaches, team officials and referees before starting their competition.
He said in Mt Hagen yesterday that there were many young players eager to play but the onus were their leagues to register and meet PNGRFL requirements to gain some of the benefits.
However, he added that the leagues would be failing their players if they were not members of the national body and depriving them of being recognised for further development in the future.
Gau boasts that the Gomis league was one of the seven leagues in Mt Hagen which was well organised because it had   met  the requirements set by the PNGRFL.
He said other leagues failed to produce good players because they lacked the management capacity.
