Leave treatment plant alone

I AM not happy with the so-called landowners at 14-Mile in Port Moresby.
I sympathise with them for losing their homes in the eviction exercise.
While peacefully presenting their petition to the Government which was received by Moresby North East MP John Kaupa, they threatened to shut down Mt Eriama water treatment plant if the Government did not respond positively to their petition within 21 days.
Why threaten to shut down the water treatment plant which will affect people in the city?
Is this related to your royalties not being paid?
Not everyone is part of your eviction at 14-Mile.
Leave the water treatment plant alone and go to court.
I appeal to Police Commissioner David Manning to send police officers there and arrest those who threaten to shut down the plant.
Why make everyone suffer?
I encourage the landowners to take other actions.
