Nothing has been done:
OFFICERS from NCD Building Board and Health Authorities promptly inspected the vacant allotment opposite the burnt down Malaro TST Supermarket, Manu on Nov 1 last year in response to a complaint from neighbours about this vacant allotment being used as a public toilet area. To date, still nothing has been done by the owner to erect the front fence to stop people using it as a public toilet. We call again on NCD to compel the owner to urgently re-erect the fence as the continuous use as toilets are exacerbating the risks to us neighbours of contracting contagious diseases, not to mention the disgusting and unhygienic smells we are being subjected to.
