Plea to MPs:
THIS is a plea to our good Governor Powes Parkop and Moresby South MP Justin Tkatchenko. People living in and around Koki have not been making use of the overhead foot bridge but instead continuously use roundabout to cross the road. This is despite having the fence built. We urge both of you to close the roundabout and extend the fence all the way towards Ela beach. This will prevent people from crossing over and instead will use the overhead bridge instead. These people disrupt the flow of the traffic by physically crossing the road which of course not safe for them so kindly remove the roundabout and barricade the area towards Ela Beach with fence. Only then, people will use their head to use overhead foot bridge.
