Focus on higher learning:
THIS is an open call to education administrators and members of Parliament in East and West Sepik to push for higher level technical colleges to be built to provide trades training to the ever growing population of school leavers. If leaders and MPs of other regions and provinces are able to work smarter to bring higher level of education services and infrastructure to their people, what is stopping Sepik leaders from doing the same? The two Sepik provinces are 40 years behind in terms of developing higher level education services.
