Goodwill decision needed:
THIS is a reminder to the Papua New Guinea politicians. Any negotiated outcome between the Autonomous Bougainville Government and the National Government, on Bougainville’s decision to gain political independence from PNG, should be based on goodwill. Bougainvilleans have decided their destiny. There is nothing much the PNG government can do for them under any form of obligation.
