THE National on Wednesday (Feb 19) carried an advertisement from Eda Ranu informing customers to pay their outstanding water bills. You have done it again Eda Ranu. I am a genuine customer who pay my bills and what about the illegal users. What category do you classify them in? What are you going to do them? It seems like they will never be disconnected and the usage of water by them is a lot.
