FORMER Wewak MP Dr Moses Manwau committed K7.2milto St Xavier’s High School (now secondary school) during his term as MP – from 2008 to 2012. He said the fund was to build a hydro-electricity dam to supply electricity to the school. And have 12 fully air conditioned classrooms built. After years of waiting, we have not seen the fruits of the K7.2mil.
