Dirio launching hailed:
With reference to the commissioning of the Dirio Power, landowners investing in a billion kina project is big achievement. Though the country has its ups and downs, thanks to Minerals Resources Development Company for managing landowner’s funds and investing in the place. Thank you managing director Augustine Mano and your team. Well done.

Illegal game still played;
THE National Gaming Control Board as the legitimate and responsible government authority in PNG has advertised in The National that the high low games are illegal. However the games are still operating in the famous Yuai market in Kundiawa Town, Chimbu. Authorities in Kundiawa know but have done nothing.

Mistakes expected:
THERE is bound to be mistakes in what the Marape-led Government is doing. From passing the budget to deferral of the Parliament sitting and reopening of the Porgera mine. Why is the Government doing rocket science at such a crucial moment? It deliberately prolonged the release of school tuition free fund including owing money for the higher education loan programme to a notable university in the Highlands. There is no secret in a well hidden secret. The Government has to allow normal processes and protocols to be carried out in order for normalcy to prevail.

Let law rules:
Those who try to influence their own self-serving views on social media will not drum up blind support this time around on the political impasse between the Government and the Opposition. People should learn to accept and appreciate the due processes at play by different arms of Government to uphold the constitution and respect the supremacy of parliament to correct its own errors if any on the floor of parliament and nowhere else.
