Lockdown positive step

THE Government’s 14-day lockdown is a positive step forward on safe-guarding the country from the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).
On the flip side, our beautiful country and its people are prone to the virus from outside entities such as travellers.
The Government should impose a total ban on people from entering the country with the carrier not showing symptoms early.
We are at risk from this virus if we keep accepting people from the overseas to step on our shores.
This deadly virus is capable of having a devastating impact on our population due to our diverse cultural and socialising activities.
Be smart and stay safe.
We don’t want to have regrets when the statistics start to play.
